Question 1

How does the personalization actually work?

Accepted Answer

Pick a story, tell us your child's name, age and gender, then upload one clear photo. We build a fully illustrated book where your child is the main character — their face, their name, their adventure. The story text adapts to their age, so a 3-year-old and a 9-year-old get very different reading experiences from the same title.

Question 2

What ages are the books for?

Accepted Answer

Our stories are written for children roughly 2 to 10 years old. Every book on the site shows its age range, and you can filter the whole collection by age so you only see titles that fit.

Question 3

How long until the book arrives?

Accepted Answer

Your personalized book is created within 24–48 hours of ordering. After you approve the preview, printing and shipping usually take 5–7 business days. So most orders arrive inside about a week and a half.

Question 4

What's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

If there's a printing defect or a quality problem, we replace the book free of charge — just send us a photo of the issue. Because every book is made for one specific child, we can't accept returns for change of mind, but if something is wrong with your book we will fix it.

Question 5

Can I see the book before it's printed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, always. When your book is ready you get an email with a preview link showing every page. Nothing goes to print until you've had the chance to look at it.
