Every book is made from scratch after you order it, so the timeline has two parts: the time to create the book, and the time to deliver it.

1. Creating your book

  • Within 24–48 hours of your order, your personalized story and illustrations are generated and reviewed.
  • You then receive a preview of every page by email. Check the spelling of the name, the age, and the illustrations.
  • Nothing is printed until you approve that preview. If you need a correction, reply to us and we will fix it before printing.

2. The digital edition (PDF)

Once the book is approved, the PDF is available to download immediately from your orders page and by email. There is no shipping cost on the digital edition and no waiting for a courier.

3. The printed edition

  • Printing and binding start right after your approval.
  • Delivery inside Egypt typically takes 5–7 business days from approval.
  • During holidays and peak seasons, the courier may need a little longer; if a delay affects your order we tell you rather than leave you guessing.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all governorates inside Egypt. We do not ship outside Egypt at the moment — if you are abroad, you can still order the digital edition, or have the printed copy delivered to an address inside Egypt.

Shipping cost

Shipping is charged in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). The amount depends on the delivery address, so there is no single flat price: your exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay. You will never be asked for an extra shipping amount after you place the order.

Delivery itself

  • Orders are handed to a courier who calls you before delivery, so please enter a phone number you actually answer.
  • Payment is made online when you place the order, so the courier collects nothing from you at the door.
  • If the courier cannot reach you, they normally try again. After repeated failed attempts the parcel comes back to us and we contact you to arrange a new delivery.
  • If a parcel is lost in transit, we reprint and resend your book at no extra cost.
